60-Day Hassle-Free Return and 14 Months Warranty Policy 

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If, for any reason, you are not, you may return your AiPaper / AiPaper Mini bundle and AiPaper Reader within 60 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, under the following terms: 

Please kindly note that this policy applies exclusively to the AiPaper / AiPaper Mini bundle and AiPaper Reader Series and does not extend to accessories such as styluses, protective cases, stylus tips, or other related items. 

For refurbished AiPaper / AiPaper Mini / AiPaper Reader, we offer a 45-day no-hassle return and exchange policy.

Accessories (including styluses, protective cases, stylus tips, and other related items):
Eligible for a 7-day hassle-free return or exchange, calculated from the date of receipt.

Return and Exchange Conditions

The product must be returned in its original condition, including all accessories, packaging, and proof of purchase from our official website. 

Please also note that purchases made through other channels are not eligible for this return and exchange policy. 

To ensure a smooth return process, please ensure that the outer packaging and product box are undamaged and all accessories are included. If these conditions aren’t met, we may decline your return request.

Return Process

To initiate a return, don't hesitate to get in touch with our customer service team at service@viwoods.com. We will be happy to assist you throughout the process. 

1. Complete the return request form.

2. Once you receive the shipping label, simply drop off the package at your nearest post office.

 We kindly ask that you ensure the product is securely packaged to avoid any damage during transit. 

Return Shipping

The return shipping fee has already been prepaid, so you do not need to pay anything when sending back the product. Responsibility for the return shipping cost will be determined based on your region. For details, please refer to the “Refund > Return Shipping Fee” clause.

Please be advised that products showing signs of improper handling, such as water damage, significant battery degradation, or physical damage like scratches, dents, or cracks from drops or impacts, may not be accepted for return. 

Refund

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will process your refund. Your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7–15 business days. 

1.Full Refund: A full refund refers to the total amount you paid when purchasing on our official website. All amounts collected by us will be returned to your payment account. Please note that any customs duties or taxes you paid, which are not collected by us but instead paid to local customs, cannot be refunded. For detailed customs refund policies, please consult your local customs office. We can provide proof of the product's return if needed.

2.Return Shipping Costs: For returns shipped from our free shipping areas, Viwoods will only cover return shipping costs if the order is returned using packaging that meets our return standards and within the validity period of the shipping label.

Free Return Shipping

The order qualified for free shipping, and the return is shipped from within the free shipping coverage area.

The full order amount will be refunded without any deduction.

Return Shipping Label Fee Deducted

The order qualified for free shipping, but the return is shipped from outside the free shipping coverage area.

The return cost will be deducted from your refund.

Original Shipping Fee Deducted

Neither the order and the refund both did not qualify for free shipping

The original shipping fee is non-refundable.

 

Please note that a full order refund refers only to the amount paid to us for the order. Other costs, such as customs duties paid to local authorities or clearance service fees charged by logistics carriers, are not refundable by us.

The following situations will result in the customer being responsible for any additional shipping costs or losses incurred: 

1. If non-standard packaging is used for the return.

2. If the original shipping label expires and requires reissuing.

Please note that return shipping costs for accessories must be covered by the customer.

Warranty Policy 

We are pleased to provide you with a limited warranty of 14 months from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use, ensuring your satisfaction with our products. 

Coverage:

The warranty applies exclusively to AiPaper / AiPaper Mini / AiPaper Reader / refurbished devices. 

Exclusions:

Please note that accessories such as styluses, protective cases, and stylus tips are not covered by this warranty. 

Warranty Period:

Your warranty is valid for 14 months, starting from the date of purchase. 

Conditions:

The warranty includes defects or malfunctions that arise despite proper use, such as:

- The device is unable to power on.

- The device crashes, or restarts, and the issue cannot be resolved through a system update. 

Exclusions from Warranty Coverage:

The warranty does not extend to damage caused by accidents, misuse, unauthorized repairs, or external factors, including:

- Damage from falls or impacts.

- Water damage to the motherboard.

- Unauthorized disassembly of the device.

- Battery damage caused by using non-official charging cables.

- Normal wear and tear of stylus tips or other consumable accessories.

- Issues that can be resolved through a system upgrade. 

Please note that cosmetic damage, such as scratches or dents, is not included in the warranty unless it is caused by a defect in materials or workmanship. 

Out-of-Warranty Service:

For products no longer covered under warranty, we are pleased to offer paid repair services or discounted replacement options, based on actual repair costs. Please do not hesitate to contact our customer service team for more information. 

Shipping Costs for Warranty Claims:

If your product requires warranty service, you are kindly responsible for covering the shipping costs to send the product to us. Viwoods will be happy to cover the return shipping costs for the repaired product. 

Please note that our warranty is honored worldwide. However, shipping fees for warranty claims may vary depending on your location, and you may need to cover any applicable duties.
