It took awhile for my item to be delivered as they have already processed their deliveries for the week (wifey made the order). For the ereader, i have no issues whatsoever. Speed is okay, layout is clean, configuration is easy to understand. And best of all i can read tons of reading materials and uploading is a breeze. My only complaint is the location of the buttons. I kept accidentally pressing the buttons. Wish it was placed higher so the lower part is free from accidental touch.
