Shipping policy
At Viwoods, we are committed to efficiently delivering your products. Our warehouses are strategically located in six regions: the East Coast and West Coast of the USA, the UK, Germany (Customers from the EU and the UK, please shop on our other website for a streamlined tax process. https://viwoods-eu.com/), the East Coast of Canada, and Hong Kong. This ensures prompt dispatch to meet your needs.
Shipping Locations
- To ensure faster delivery, orders within the continental US will be fulfilled from either our East Coast or West Coast warehouse, whichever is closer to you.
- For Canada, all orders are shipped locally.
- All other international (Excluding the UK and EU countries) orders will be dispatched from our Hong Kong warehouse.
Delivery Timeframes
- Shipped from the USA warehouse: Expect delivery within 3-7 business days.
- Shipped from the CA warehouse: Expect delivery within 3-7 business days.
Heads-up for our customers in Northwestern CA: Shipping times may increase by 1-5 business days, depending on your specific location.
Please note: For orders outside the mainland, such as Alaska, Hawaii, Guam, and other US territories, shipping will be handled by our Hong Kong warehouse with a delivery timeframe of 8-15 days.
- Other countries or regions: Orders shipped from the Hong Kong warehouse to the destinations usually arrive within 8-15 business days.

Shipping Costs
We offer free shipping to the majority of countries we serve, which are:
North America: Continental United States;
Asia: China (Hong Kong SAR), China (Macao SAR), South Korea, Singapore, Thailand, Japan, Indonesia, and Taiwan;
Europe: Albania, Andorra, Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Georgia, Iceland, Kosovo, Liechtenstein, Moldova, Monaco, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Norway, San Marino, Serbia, Vatican City;
Oceania: Australia and New Zealand;
Free shipping does not apply to certain remote regions with limited international air transport, such as isolated islands or areas with infrequent flights. Shipping fees will be calculated and shown at checkout.
Affected regions include, but are not limited to: Canada, South Africa, Chile, Monaco, Saudi Arabia, Switzerland, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Georgia, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, and the United Arab Emirates.
Customs and Duties
Different countries and regions have varying customs and tax regulations. In the United States, customs taxes are included in the listed prices. However, customers in other regions are responsible for handling their own customs and tax payments. We strive to make the purchasing process as smooth as possible while complying with local regulations. Once our warehouses in Australia, Italy, and South Korea are ready, listed prices will include tax.
Please note: Excluding orders shipped from local warehouses in the United States and Canada.
Shipping Method
We prioritize partnering with renowned international courier services, including Amazon, UPS, FedEx, and DHL. For local distribution, we may consider employing well-regarded local delivery services, such as the national postal service. We retain the right to independently select the logistics provider and do not accept customer-specified delivery services.
Frequently Asked Questions
Will my items be shipped together if I order more than one or add-on accessories?
Typically, items are shipped together. However, if certain products are temporarily out of stock, your order may be shipped in multiple packages. This allows us to deliver the available items to you as quickly as possible, rather than delaying the entire order.
Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?
Unfortunately, once your order has been dispatched, we cannot alter the delivery address. However, you can cancel your order within 60 minutes of placing it without any charge, and then re-order it with the correct address.
*Note: If you cancel after 60 minutes and shipping costs have been incurred, it will be your responsibility to cover the delivery fee. Additionally, if a package is lost or undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided by you, any resulting loss will be your responsibility.
What should I do if I receive the wrong product?
Please contact our customer service immediately, and we’ll sort it out for you ASAP. Please do not return it directly before reaching out to us or receiving a reply.
What is included if I purchase the service of "Shipping Protection"?
The coverage of the Shipping Protection applies to damage, loss, theft, misdelivery, or incorrect address occurring during forward logistics from shipment to the consumer.
Losses incurred during returns due to refused deliveries are not covered.
Delivery failures caused by the customer providing an incorrect shipping address are not covered.
