Issue : Unable to receive verification code

Please confirm that you have clicked the "Send " option on the deletion page to send the verification code.

Please refer to the video to retry this.

Remember to wait about 6 seconds after clicking to receive the code. The page will display a countdown for the verification code after it has been sent successfully.

Issue : Unable to register Viwoods account with email

1. Please note that accounts created on our official website cannot be used on the device; they are not connected. You will need to register a new account directly on the device.

2. If you have not received the verification code, please double-check that the email address you entered during registration is correct. If the email is correct and you still haven’t received the code, please check your spam or junk email folder.

3. If the above steps do not resolve the issue, kindly provide us with your email address, and we will assist you further by conducting a test on our end.

Issue : Unable to bind your email in mailbox

1.Currently, we only support binding email addresses with the @gmail.com and @outlook.com domains. Other email addresses are not supported at this time.
2. Email addresses that contain underscores will be intercepted by our system and cannot be bound. We have fixed this issue, and it will be resolved in the next version update.
3. Please ensure that the email address you are attempting to bind matches the email you see in the confirmation redirect.
4. Support for corporate emails and other personal email types is in development and is expected to be updated by the end of November.
5. If your issue does not fall under the above points, please take a screenshot of the binding problem and send it to us. We will work to resolve it as quickly as possible.

Issue : Unable to log into outlook email

Please check that you have entered your email address correctly, as any extra punctuation or spaces can cause problems.

If your email address is correct, please check your Outlook settings and log into your account on Chrome or your computer and enable POP and IMAP permissions as follows: 
1.Open Google Chrome
2.Search for Outlook Email
3.Log into your Outlook account
4.Go to Settings
5.Navigate to Mail > Forwarding and IMAP
6.Enable “Let devices and apps use POP” and “Let devices and apps use IMAP”

Issue : Email is loading for a long time

1. Check if your mailbox is loaded too much. If there are any unnecessary emails, delete them to save loading time.

2. We will increase the loading speed by 6 times in the November system update version.

3. If the page is stuck, press and hold the home button to enter the task manager, close the running program, and then re-enter.

Issue : Stuck in checking status when updating the system

1. Go to Apps → Chrome. Search on the internet to see if the network can access the Internet. Return to the Settings → Upgrade page. Wait 30 seconds to see if it is still stuck on the "Checking" status, then proceed to step 2.

2. Switch to another WLAN network and repeat step 1. If the update status is still stuck on "Checking," please go to step 3.

3. Restart the device, connect to the WLAN network, and repeat step 1. If the update status is still stuck on "Checking," please go to step 4.

4. Log out of the Viwoods account and log back in to check if you can log in successfully. If re-login is successful, please repeat step 1.

If none of these steps solve the problem, please kindly send the four operation videos, and we will address the issue right away!

Issue : Unable to log in viwoods account

1. Please confirm that you have registered successfully an account directly on the device, and kindly note that accounts created on our official website cannot be used on the device; they are not connected.  

2. If you have not received the verification code, please double-check that the email address you entered during registration is correct. If the email is correct and you still haven’t received the code, please check your spam or junk email folder. 

Issue : Unable to use AI function

1. Confirm that you are logged into your account on the device.
2. Check if your device is connected to the internet.
3. If you have verified the above and still cannot access the AI features, please take a photo or video of the issue and send it to us. This will help us assist you more efficiently.

Issue : Unable to download the app you want in the app store

1,Check the App Store: Look for the app you need. If it’s available, you can install it directly from there.

2,Use Chrome: Visit the official website of the app you want to download. Once the download is complete, install it from the Chrome downloads folder.

3,Upcoming System Update: The system update scheduled for October 30 will introduce a pre-installed app similar to the Google Play Store, called APKPure. This app will allow you to search for and download apps directly.

4,Google Play Store Availability: The Google Play Store is expected to be available before December.

Issue : Unable to find the spare stylus tips
