Google Service

This User Authorization Agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") stipulates the rights and obligations of you (hereinafter referred to as the "User") when using the binding service between the viwoods Platform Daily Module and third-party calendars (hereinafter referred to as the "Service"). Please read this Agreement carefully. Using the Service indicates that you agree to comply with all terms of this Agreement.

1. Acceptance of Agreement

Using the Service indicates that you have read, understood, and accepted all terms of this Agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Agreement, please do not use this Service.

2. Service Description

This Service allows Users to bind the viwoods Platform Daily Module with third-party calendars, with specific functions including:

• Data Synchronization: After binding, events from the third-party calendar will automatically sync to the User's local calendar.
• Event Editing: Users can edit events in the local calendar, and all changes will automatically sync to the third-party calendar. Editing in the third-party calendar will also sync back to the User's local calendar.
• Unbinding: After unbinding, the User's local calendar will not retain any event data that was synced from the third-party calendar.

3. User Authorization

When using this Service, the User hereby authorizes the viwoods Platform to:

• Access and read the User's third-party calendar data.
• Perform real-time data synchronization, including syncing from the third-party calendar to the local calendar and vice versa.

4. Data Privacy

The viwoods Platform is committed to protecting the User's privacy and will handle User data in accordance with its privacy policy. The User agrees that the viwoods Platform may collect, use, and store relevant data during the provision of the Service.

5. User Responsibility

Users must ensure that their bound third-party calendars are legal and valid and are responsible for all actions resulting from the use of the Service. Users should avoid infringing on the rights of others or engaging in any illegal activities.

6. Prohibited Activities

Users shall not engage in the following activities:

• Intentionally disseminating false information or malware.
• Unauthorized access to or interference with others' accounts or data.
• Using the Service for commercial activities without explicit permission from the viwoods Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

The viwoods Platform shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service. The User agrees to assume all risks associated with the use of the Service.

8. Agreement Changes

The viwoods Platform reserves the right to modify this Agreement at any time. The updated Agreement will be published on the viwoods official website and will take effect immediately. Continued use of the Service indicates acceptance of the modified Agreement.

9. Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, both parties agree to submit to the court located in the area of the viwoods Platform for resolution.
