I bought the Viwoods AiPaper Mini mainly for reading e-books, especially on Google Play, and so far it has been excellent. The display is comfortable for long reading, and the ability to take handwritten notes is a very useful bonus. I am still exploring all the features of the AI assistant - it is more complicated but looks promising.
The only major downside for me is the absence of the Ukrainian language. I hope it will be added soon, along with Swedish, in future updates.

The specs are impressive, featuring a fast processor and a high-quality screen. It’s a “next-gen device” in the e-ink paper industry.
However, I must say that the screen’s brightness is not as high as I had anticipated, or at least not as shown in some YouTube videos...
The software has a lot of room for improvement in the future. However, the core logic of different original note-taking apps is quite redundant. Many functions overlap, and there’s no seamless way to transfer notes between different apps. I do understand those are different apps for different cases, but there are numerous small issues that make me feel that the system lacks a holistic approach.
Hopefully the team could keep improving the system.

The Viwoods e-ink notebook is an impressive device — fast, reliable, and perfectly sized in its A5 format. The integrated AI features are genuinely useful and make note-taking and organization effortless. The stylus pen deserves special mention — it’s one of the best I’ve ever used, offering exceptional precision and comfort.

This is a brilliant piece of kit. There's so much you can do with it, and Viwoods seem to listen to feedback for new features. There's still a little way to go with the system, but it's great so far. Recommended.
